These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EazyTime platform, provided by Zeronix Technology LLC ("EazyTime", "we", "us"). By using EazyTime, you agree to these Terms.
EazyTime provides time & attendance software, including biometric device management, shift scheduling, leave management, and HRMS/ERP integration. You may use EazyTime only for lawful workforce-management purposes and in accordance with these Terms and your service plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee and attendance data you enter into EazyTime, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for ensuring you have the necessary consent to process your employees' biometric and location data in accordance with applicable UAE law.
EazyTime is offered under Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans as described on our Pricing page. Fees, device counts, and billing terms will be confirmed in your order or service agreement.
Where EazyTime supplies and installs biometric terminals (ZKTeco, Suprema, Dahua, Hikvision, or other supported brands), hardware warranty and installation terms will be set out separately in your order confirmation.
EazyTime and its software, design, and branding are the property of Zeronix Technology LLC. Your workforce data remains your property; we process it only to provide the service.
EazyTime is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zeronix Technology LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including payroll or attendance discrepancies arising from device malfunction, network outage, or incorrect data entry.
Either party may terminate service in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
